Awesome, thanks for your work on this article, Josef! I have just given 
the article a final edit and it should be ready to publish when the 
portal is live.

ryanlerch has also a pretty article cover image ready to go for it too, 
so it should be ready to publish whenever. As far as best time to 
publish it, the best people to contact would be Paul or Ryan - I'm 
pretty sure there's some planning involved for what times and what days 
are best for publishing new content.
