Just did an edit of the Finding out if a newer version of software is 
coming for Fedora" article  as was discussed in the last FM meeting

changed it around a little bit, and added a bit more information

Matt, is this still in the thought process of the original idea?

This one is tentatively slated to publish on Tuesday.
