Yes, pictures are not required. In some cases there may be a need for an
active Lead of a group, but, its not needed.

They can pick a placeholder, you (as Fedoran with adminy skills) can deicde
if its ok. Also ok to pick a placeholder. I would choose Beefy Miracle,
but, you appear to have common sense :D
