APAC meeting minutes 2013-12-07

Hello all,

Today, we tried to have the regular biweekly meeting but there are not many
people attended so we decided to delay the meeting to the next Saturday.

There are some issues to discuss and vote, including some on APAC tickets [1]
and some on FAmSCo ticket [2].

See you all in the next APAC meeting on Saturday, Dec 14th, 2013.
