--with-gtkmm

Sorry, I sent draft e-mail.

I tried to create an installer using nsiswrapper to my gtkmm program, but it
report missing dependencies. Even using "--with-gtk" parameter.
Maybe is needed to implement like "--with-gtkmm" parameter.
