Win64 packages

ok i find it. anyway is there any reason to jump to 4.4 while mingw32 is
4.3 and at the same time it won't compile on epel-5 since it has only
MPFR 2.2.1 while gcc 4.4 require at least GMP 4.1+ and MPFR 2.3.2+.
