Fedora 12: Let's think of a better name for the project

as i wrote earlier i'd like to merge these 3 (or even more) to one
common name. cross-* packages names won't conflict anything and in this
case "...Cross-Compiler..." would be good.

ps. just not to conflict with CCC http://www.ccc.de/ which is a
well-known group/name...
