Hi,

The QT_LIBINFIX=4 issue was already fixed in F14's Qt. I don't plan to
backport this to F13 in order to prevent breaking working
configurations.

The proposed changes have just been applied in F14 and rawhide.
The mkspecs name has been changed to win32-g++-fedora-cross and the Qt
libraries now makes use of other libraries which are already part of the
Fedora MinGW toolchain instead of bundling internal copies.

The new package is expected to land in F14's updates-testing tomorrow
