Due to the F15 mass-rebuild the mingw32-runtime 3.18 package got added back to
the buildroot again causing new builds to fail (like
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2845459 for example).

Is anybody actually planning to fix this issue or do we want to pull back the
mingw32-runtime 3.18 package from the f15 and f16 buildroots again? I
personally don't want to spend much time on the mingw.org toolchain as we're
about to introduce the mingw-w64 toolchain in f16
