Broken dependencies: mingw32-libxml2

mingw32-libxml2 has broken dependencies in the F-16 tree:
On x86_64:
	mingw32-libxml2-2.7.8-2.fc16.noarch requires pkgconfig
On i386:
	mingw32-libxml2-2.7.8-2.fc16.noarch requires pkgconfig
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
