Not smaller, but there seems to be a typo in the example spec file:

BuildRequires:  mingw32-binutils
BuildRequires:  mingw32-binutils

Twice the same line, one of them should probably be
mingw64-binutils... If not, one of the lines can be removed making the
spec file smaller ;)
