Fedora for mipsel and Creator CI20 image

Greetings,

I do finally have a working Fedora image for the Creator CI20 [1]. It
boots into headless - you can either use serial console or SSH to
connect - and has a working DNF to install packages. Mock should also be
fully functional.

I have started stage4 rebuilding a few days ago and will keep the repos
[2] up to date. Issues are listed on the wiki [3], any help on any of
them would be appreciated (top priority now being kernel packaging and
java bootstrap).

There is also a short blog post by IMG [4] promoting Fedora on Creator CI20.

Give it a try, any feedback is welcome.
