This has happened before, if I remember -- a few weeks ago, I checked
and to my surprise, laxathom was listed as the maintainer of mono-core.

Someone who is familiar with Mono packaging could perhaps take a look at
this bug?

Our core Mono packages are right now a spaghetti soup, and while this is
getting better, there are still some clean-ups to be made. We should
perhaps get this fixed in Rawhide, since this can be done while the
ppc64 updates percolate through F-10 and F-11.
