Any chance you are already a fedora packager, or would like to become 
one [1] to create and look after packages like these, that you are 
interested in ?

As you have seen, packagers of software make it easy for other people to 
use particular software. While it can be a little bit daunting to start 
with, there are many people who can offer tips and advice should you 
like to become a Fedora packager. You might also like to contribute in 
other testing/qa roles, eg test of updated packages like k3guitune [2] 
(guitar tuner).
