Looking back previous issues

Looking back previous two issues, I think we're off a good start.

But I think we can do better.
1. Let's keep the number of items in each section to 10 at the most.
Developments section in last issue was a bit overwhelm by general
readers.
2. We're adding Maintainers section and removing Extras section.
3. We're adding Planet Fedora section
4. We're also going to mention RSS availability.

Well, that's all for now. If you have a good idea, let's hear it. :)
