As pointed out earlier by Dale Bewley we had forgotten to reset the Beat
Status table. I've taken care of that now.  Thanks to Max et al for
handily putting in "COMPLETE for May 3" in order to make up for our
negligence.  Made it easier.

Anyway, we've got a good lot of beats in already.  I'm going to check in
again Mon morning as per usual.  Thanks everyone for this week's work.
