A question about the FWN/Beats page

Ideally at the start of each new cycle an editor will prepare the page 
for the next issue, by updating the date and statuses. We are now a bit 
early for the new issue.

But this is a wiki so in practice most of the time a writer has content 
to add before the page was prepared, depending how lazy/busy is he at 
the moment, a writer in this situation usually:
- initialize himself the page for the new issue (date, statuses);
- just update his own status adding the date of the new issue (ex: 
COMPLETE 2010-08-25).
