How can I contribute to Fedora ?

Thankyou for taking time to reply back Ryan. I'd be glad to work on the 
smallest possible project and contribute to the Fedora community. And 
regarding my design skills I've not yet made an official online 
portfolio with all my featured works, but I maintain an hobby deviantart
