package review needed for olpc-kbdshim

hi --

after a burst of activity, the review for olpc-kbdshim got
stalled about a month ago, and i'd really like to get it going
again.  if anyone has some cycles to spare for this, i'd really
appreciate it.  i believe i've addressed all of the issues raised
to date during the review, so hopefully it's pretty close.
