[Ambassadors] Project Fedora Out-Reach: Kickoff. (Proposed)

Haven't made this assumption for one second. If I have given you (or anyone
else in the project) this impression, then sincere apologies.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for the work the community (which
is why I joined!)

You might remember my original "question" was around measuring and
metrics... the FACT is that those programs are held under the "outreach"
and are presently INACTIVE. Joerg's suggestion was to join outreach. which
I did.

He was also kind enough to reach out to me in IRC, which I appreciated.

Moreover: I am acting on a prompt from Matthew Miller to try to reactivate
the program.

HOWEVER:

I see this email is going to ambassadors list? I emailed this to the
outreach list only, so may I ask why are we emailing this to the
ambassadors list? I certainly didn't include this list on my initial email.
(who broke protocol first? hehe)

In any case: I'll gladly take the attention boost.
