 Marketing already does this with 'official' Fedora Project accounts, but
 without a formal queue of articles and such.  task #1 should be to list
 out the accounts currently in use and the current strategy for using them,
 then determine if the strategy needs to be expanded, or if a signal to the
 marketing team to use the social media channels as part of a given
 strategy would be adequate.
