Description :
Midnight Commander is a visual shell much like a file manager, only
with many more features. It is a text mode application, but it also
includes mouse support. Midnight Commander's best features are its
ability to FTP, view tar and zip files, and to poke into RPMs for
specific files.

- update to new mc snapshot (fixes #195810)
- correctly display free space on devices referred to by
  symlinks (#197738)
- don't reread panel contents while in panelized mode (#188438)
- remove .phpfix, .promptfix patches
- highlight "Serial:" and "Copyright:" obsolete RPM tags so that
  everyone is aware it's obsolete
- fix the free space widget patch: stat()s filesystem less
  frequently, display correct info in all circumstances
- move the free space widget to the bottom of the main panel
  and don't use highlighting
- apply UTF-8 fixes from Vladimir Nadvornik
