Update Information:

This update fixes a rendering glitch with pushbuttons with
icons: the icon size explicitly specified by the programmer (by
setting the iconSize property which QPushButton inherits from
QAbstractButton) was ignored and the default size was always
being used.

In addition, the readme.txt file contains updated information.
