This is a set of routines designed to make any common date/time
manipulation easy to do.  Operations such as comparing two times,
calculating a time a given amount of time from another, or parsing
international times are all easily done.

Update Information:

This update brings perl-Date-Manip to the latest upstream version.    Also, the
name of the upstream package changed from "DateManip" to "Date-Manip".  To keep
the package naming consistant, the perl-DateManip package was dropped and
replaced by this package (perl-Date-Manip)
