Update Information:
Update bind to 9.6.1 release. Additionally this release addresses following
issues: * chroot maintenance is simplified. Important files and directories
are mounted into chroot automatically (see /etc/sysconfig/named for more info)
* host should fail if specified server doesn't respond Packages dnsperf and
bind-dyndb-ldap have been relinked against new bind-libs libraries.
