A set of classes to do different actions with the console (also called shell).
It can render a progress bar, tables and a status bar and contains a class for

 *  Fixed issue #15009: Empty tables are now rendered correctly.   * Fixed issue
#14073: ConsoleTools is not binary safe, presuming UTF-8 input. Note that the
component now depends on ext/iconv which is bundled with PHP and active by
default.
