Update Information:

This version is a major rewrite of the plugin using GObjects and Xfconf. The
external plugin is provided as a bundle, it can be added to the Xfce Panel and
executed as a standalone application living inside the notification area.  New
features include 'Actions' to execute commands on specific text selections by
matching them against regexes, the command line tool xfce4-popup-clipman that
can be used in the keyboard settings as a shortcut and documentation in HTML
format.
