Update Information:

The move to the 0.15 is intended to provide a fix for several issues in the 0.13
series.    In addition, the 0.15 series introduces a plugin system and brings
with it a significant UI change.  If some functionality appears to be missing
compared to the 0.13 series please check the Plugins settings in the Setting
menu and enable the corresponding plugin.
