- Large number of bugfixes  - obsoletes having flags of < or <= will probably
work better, now  - a number of file searches will return more quickly as we
won't need to download the filelists.  - cost excludes and large numbers of
excludes are much faster  - correct incorrectly returning an error when using
'reinstall'  - translation updates  - documentation updates
