GLib is the low-level core library that forms the basis for projects

The first stable upstream release in the 2.24 series fixes a few bugs:  * 613601

behaves confusingly  * 613748 Write errors in middle of copy cause hang  *
613923 splice_stream_with_progress: wrong error handling  * 613667 Typo in
GObject documentation  * 613618 gvariant format string docs unclear

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update glib2' at the command line.
