Veusz is a scientific plotting package, designed to create
publication-ready Postscript/PDF/SVG output. It features GUI,
command-line, and scripting interfaces. Graphs are constructed from
widgets, allowing complex layouts to be designed. Veusz supports
plotting functions, data with errors, keys, labels, stacked plots,
multiple plots, contours, shapes and fitting data.

Update Information:

Veusz 1.7 allows drag and drop of widgets in the tree views. Axis labels and
tick labels are better positioned. There are also numerous Unicode fixes.
Contours support sub-contour levels and axes can plot subtick gridlines.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update veusz' at the command line.
