Update Information:

- Add patch to fix race condition in movemail (tracked as CVE-2010-0825). It is
not a security flaw on Fedora, as setgid bit is not set on the movemail in
Fedora emacs packages.  - Fix Ctrl-C, Ctrl-b in nxml-mode.
