Update Information:

This update upgrades openmpi to version 1.4.1.  It also fixes packaging and
licence issues.  In particular, openmpi now uses the system versions of libltdl
and libplpa.  Failure to use the system versions of libraries is a security
risk, even though we don't know of any actual security holes affecting embedded
copies of those libraries at this time.
