Merge up to latest head to handle gpg key importing issues and 2 unicode issues
and a problem with reinstall() reporting bizarre things when a user specifies
the same pkg multiple times.     - --setopt flags for setting almost any config
option from the cli  - speedup install() calls w/pattern  - add /etc/yum/vars
dir so $variables in  config files can be filled in  - distro-sync  - enhance
compare_providers() test to score-up pkgs which require fewer uninstalled
packages.  - add support for lzma compressed metadata, if the lzma python module
is installed  - cache yumdb info  - speed up yum remove operations  - lots of
translation updates/fixes  - add history, compare_providers, verify, verifytrans
hook  - move protect-packages plugin into core: /etc/yum/protected.d/*.conf    -
various unicode fixes from 3.2.28-1 - fix various unicode issues  - minor
bugfixes  - keeps release in line with f12, f14, rawhide
