Dogtag Certificate System is an enterprise software system designed
to manage enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) deployments.

The Dogtag PKI Utility Framework is required by the following four

    the Dogtag Data Recovery Manager,
    the Dogtag Online Certificate Status Protocol Manager, and
