Update Information:
This is an bugfix update:
* Fixed SIGWINCH handling (e.g. resizing).
* Output error in interactive mode if there is no tty.
* Do not suggest ondemand when p4-clockmod scaling driver is used.
* Print all P-states in dump mode.
* Added explicit requires for pcituils.
