Version : 1.7.1
Release : 1.fc13
URL : http://git-scm.com/
Summary : Fast Version Control System
Description :
Git is a fast, scalable, distributed revision control system with an

The git rpm installs the core tools with minimal dependencies. To
install all git packages, including tools for integrating with other
SCMs, install the git-all meta-package.

Update Information:

Git 1.7.1 fixes a number of bugs and various improvements all around. For the
full list, see the upstream release notes:
http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/scm/git/docs/RelNotes-1.7.1.txt This
update also brings the git packaging into line with the guidelines for emacs
add-ons. If you use emacs together with git, testing the emacs-git and emacs-
git-el packages would be much appreciated. Thanks to Jonathan Underwood.
