Update to waf 1.5.17, with a bunch of bug fixes and enhancements, for example:
* Better handling for deleted build folders and files   * New method for
creating empty folders   * Better interaction between swig and qt4, bison and
flex   * Latex/bibtex processing improvements   * d library detection (phobos 1,
