Description :
Wgrib2 is a swiss army knife for grib2 files. You can use it inventory or
extract data. You can do basic database operations and other nifty things.

Update Information:
- fixed f_domain for domains that cross the prime meridian - set_ave: "added
N at N hour ave anl, missing=0", "N at N hour ave (N hour fcst),missing=0" - added
if_n - updated gribtab.dat, updated get_gribtab.sh - updated Latlon to print
out i, ix, iy for -lon when mode > 0 - -packing now shows abreviations (good
for saving the packing type) - -fix_ncep .. handle more of ncep table 4.10
codes - added ncep level 236-236 for cfsrr (cnvgribcfs) - added set_lev
support for "N-N m below sea level", "(N)C ocean isotherm" - support for pdt
4.15, some additions for 4.13 and 4.14 in the CodeTables - fixed set_lev "X-Y
mb" - fixed a bug in if_reg that was introduced in code cleanup - added
-start_ft .. for use with -b option in gribmap - -VT -T verbose 2 has new date
code format - added -start_FT - added -set_grib_type same - updated gribtable
- -rpn: added ln, exp, ceil, pow - added more set_ave formats .. need more

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update wgrib2' at the command line.
