Update Information:

It is found that rack 1.1.0 has incompatibility with rake 2.3.x,  however
unfortunately rake 1.1.0 was pushed into F-12  repository.    With this new rpm
rake will be get back to 1.0.0 on F-12,  which will make rake on F-12 work
again.
