Update Information:

Update to 1.24:     The only change was to fix a base64 problem when using
libtnc 1.23 as TNC client with TNC at FHH as TNC server. The base64 encoding
function is broken when when padding is '=='. This causes invalid base64 output.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update libtnc' at the command line.
