This package provides an emacs binary with support for X windows.

Update Information:

Adjustment to the _emacs_bytecompile macro used by Emacs add-on packages to
include the current directory in the load-path.    Correct python byte
compilation of emacs2.py and emacs3.py.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update emacs' at the command line.
