The prelink package contains a utility which modifies ELF shared libraries
and executables, so that far fewer relocations need to be resolved at runtime
and thus programs come up faster.

Update Information:

Move /var/lib/misc/prelink.{full,force,quick} to
/var/lib/prelink/{full,force,quick}, so that SELinux policy can have a rule for
the whole directory and can take care of labeling properly anything that is
created in that directory.
