Update Information:

This is an update to the latest pre-release version. I've been testing this in
F13 without issue and have decided to send this to F12 as a better fix for
previously reported xlib related crashes.      Please if you previously reported
a crash issue associated with python-xlib, please let me know if this version
works correctly for you.
