Update Information:

This update reintroduces the Kivio flowcharting application, which is part of
KOffice 1. (A KOffice 2 version is under development, but not currently ready to
be shipped.) The koffice package has been changed not to obsolete koffice-
kivio. The koffice-langpack language packs have been fixed not to include
translations of the Kivio documentation, since koffice-kivio ships versions
matching its version of the documentation.
