- Replace pinsrw (SSE) with MMX instructions

- Fix DSO link errors on x86-64 when not using a version script
- Fixed buffer selection for UV in AltRef filtering
- Improve handling of invalid frames
- Fix valgrind errors in the NEON loop filters.
- Fix loopfilter delta zero transitions
