Update Information:

This is a combined update that brings the LLVM 2.8 stack to the stable Fedora releases (13 and 14).

LLVM:
- updated to 2.8
- now ships usable shared libraries
- backported patch to make it usable with C++0x standard

Pure:
- updated to 0.45
- now compiled against LLVM's shared libraries
- compiled against libedit rather than readline, allowing
  it to be shipped under LGPL
- now pulls in w3m to display built-in help

emacs-common-w3m:
- fixed packaging so that w3m-load is now shipped with the main
  (X)Emacs packages

OpenGTL:
- updated to 0.9.15 for LLVM 2.8 compatibility
