- remove code that modifies iptables config for bridges (637890, 528927)
- register gnulib as a proper submodule
- don't delete physical interface config when defining a vlan (637892)
- properly handle quoted entries in sysconfig files. (637889)
- make miimon/arpmon optional (637891)
