Update Information:

Added some minor fixes to restart tog-pegasus properly.
Added some fixes to obsolete sblim-cmpi-base-test package with the new sblim-cmpi-base-testsuite packages.
Updated the sources.
Removed the dependencies on a single CIMOM (tog-pegasus).
This package requires a generic CIMOM(cim-server) during install.
