"XMonad.Doc.Extending", using the contributed extensions library
"XMonad.Doc.Developing", introduction to xmonad internals and writing
your own extensions.

This package provides the shared library.

Add a gnome-session desktop file, dynamically link custom xmonad, 
and move display of manpage for vanilla xmonad to xmonad-start. (and rebuild for gcc bug 634757)
